The manual Bag Dump Station is designed to ensure a clean, dust-controlled environment while making it easy to unload material received in bags. As the operator unloads material, the bag dump station’s fan draws dust-laden air away from the operator with its direct drive fan. The dust is routed to the continuous reverse cartridge filters. The Premier Bag Dump Station has a quick opening access to the cartridge filters requiring no hand tools for removal or normal service.

The factory-wired control panel has a main disconnect, operator push buttons, motor starter and an optional door switch for compactor lockout.

The unit’s modular design allows the introduction of material to a vacuum system, pressure system, or directly to a screw conveyor or mixer. The bag dump station comes with a choice of stainless steel or FDA epoxy-coated carbon steel hoppers.

Hoppers have a standard 12 in. square discharge flange for mounting a probe box. A dumping grate, vibrator mounting pads, and support legs provide a nominal 35 in. dump height with a 13 in. discharge clearance.
